A lift of about 20% on last year prices, but were rates last year cheap in order to get folk back into those holiday hotels after Covid ?

Unrealistically low interest rates for over 10 years, loads of cheap money to be had - it was bound to go belly up sooner or later. It all bred a sense of entitlement, now reality has hit as those of us who lived through the 1970s knew it would.
