A river character on a lovely chalk stream, one I have not fished, managed a cast on a few others in the area.

Oddly enough I found that channel the other day. It has lots of good stuff on The Test.

His tales are quite entertaining, it costs some serious dosh to fish that river these days.

Most chalk streams have stopped stocking the rivers, but they then stock ponds right next to them and wonder where the fish went after the floods.
