An inch of slush in the garden at the moment. Fair covering on the Ochils.
Semi tame cock pheasant was sheltering under a bush near the back door. Followed me out for a seeds sprinkling on the lawn. If I make a rumbling bbrrrrr sound it walks alongside two feet away. An earlier one even came up the back steps which was a bit demanding!

A chunk of harling come adrift on the chimney stack looks to be the only damage, pain in the @rse, only had that re done just before covid, you just can't find a decent tradesman these days.

Modern forecasting lets the LAs prepare with snowploughs and salters.

Weather warnings and advice to not travel seem to be beyond the comprehension of many people.....who then moan about being caught out.
