Slightly OT but we had a real bugger getting a soft boiled egg perfected here in Casper. After many squidgy messes we ended up at 12 mins.

We prefer poached eggs with a runny yolk being effitte snobs far Coatbridge so never use egg cups. Try finding white wine vinegar tho when you need it.  :shock:

I can find egg cups tho but they're Barbie ones.

Crisis is over.  I ordered  a set of white porcelain, made in "China",   :roll:    egg cups  from ebay 

5 quid.

If you're staying here during our many stravaigs it'll be bil't eggs all round.  :lol:

All we need now is some of Borderbob's locally cured bacon.  :

Yes Ian we don't take ourselves overly serious and as long as the community is not being brought into disrepute by encouraging illegal activities / fishing without permission,  too much bad language etc we are a pretty relaxed bunch. There is room for  serious topics and a bit of banter too.
