Anybody fished the new v shape float tubes, I have a u- haped tube that I have used for 3 or 4 years now but I keep getting sore arms, fancey the new v tubes as u seamingly sit up out the water.

Any advise would be much appreciated.

I got a guideline drifter 2 years ago and do find it better to fish from, higher seating makes for easier casting and retrieve also has handy storage behind the seat.

Draw back is it does drift faster and can skite about in the wind, but I mainly use it on wee Lochs , not in a big wave usually.

I did spot this the other day and thought the price looked good-http://www.taimen.com/en/gb/product/show_product/103164/3 they are in poland so wonder what postage costs are.
