When you camp over a period of days just, you begin to revert, feel more robust, become acutely aware of your energy levels, think slightly differently, its therapeutic because its taking you out of a world we are not really comfortable with to one that we were actually designed to live in.

Totally agree Alan, if you don't use your body to its full potential it losses the ability to function to that level.

I can only wish 4 hours in on a 12 hour nightshift but we did order in some zero alcohol  Cobra with dinner, not the same by any means but at least company paid  :)
