I`ve been told that they might be Bluebells and there`s loads of these that`ve sprouted in and around the garden.

If they are Bluebells they are protected but they are more likely to be the Spanish ones . Wait 'till they flower and find out. If they are the Spanish ones pull them out but you will never get rid of them. No matter how many we get rid of each year more appear :shock:
