Possible Scam

Got a weird message in my Hotmail spam that purports to come from a Forum member.
He is also an email correspondent, but the return address is wrong, and it stinks of spam.

OK, it is a scam see-

But, by god, it is a good one. Not sure whose email has been compromised, but the purported sender will be contacted.

A few of us have had this email. The member's email  address book on his computer must have been compromised and he has been informed about it.

that's the one......persuasive until you look at the return address......and, in this instance-if real- somebody that I would have helped out. Rather effective if you are not watching carefully.
