Really does make the mind boggle, Tourists. If ever case for sending him the bill this fits right in with it.

And while we are on with it I see there is a couple of incidents where a person has lost their life swimming in a river (Nairn) & another where one is seriously ill ( Nith) Guess that will never stop.
