don't know how I've missed this until now (episode 8/10), but an absolutely superb nature programme about the Shannon with more than its fair share of canoe footage. awesome film footage, esp. the slow-mo bits. 20:00 bbc2 Scotland  :8)

Yes, this has been a good series which started off in Iceland. Different location/topic each week. Nice slow paced programme today which super shots of flying red squirrels and of kingfishers. Great stuff !!

I caught the last few minutes of it and it looked good.
Starling Murmurations were the best Ive seen.

I watched coast last night which had the Faroes in it.

Some brilliant aerial shots of the Faroes in that new Coast programme, with some stunning sea cliffs and terrain.
