This is a brand new initiative launched today. It is a not for profit project developed by the Forth Rivers Trust and Forth District Salmon Fishery Board in conjunction with angling clubs and fisheries to promote fishing in the Forth Catchment.

https://www.fishforth.org/

It includes links to angling clubs and proprietors, permit sales and some fantastic videos showing the extent/quality of some of the excellent trout rivers in the district.

Something that caught my eye in the permits sales is that you can now buy an annual permit for £20.00 to fish'legally' for Sea Trout in the Forth Coastal areas. How well that can be regulated is anyone's guess?
Sadly my 7' 5 weight that killed fascists is deceased!

So in respect and in memorium, PLEASE DONATE TO AND SUPPORT THE WILD FISHING FORUM

Great collaborative job there!   Very well done, loads of info gathered together.  :D :D
Hope it generates more angling activity.
