XT - Careful Target Choices for Saving Our Planet

Having drawn the admiration of Londoners, in particular, the brains of XT have been evolving their plans so as to generate as much disruption as they can to act against the economic principles which they believe are driving planet catastrophe. The latest policy moves are being considered for their continuing actions in lockdown when they cannot get out on the streets this Spring and Summer. New opportunities that are being opened include the following deliberate financial sabotage :-

1.  A 5,000 strong tenants rent strike for council and private renters to force a "society wide conversation about our misguided economy".
2.  Legal dispute of debts and stated refusal to repay borrowings from credit cards and personal loans. Borrow money then decide you do not like the nasty lender so refuse to pay. Activists face court action for deliberate fraud but reckon the reputational damage to the nasty lenders will be justification.
3.  10,000 strong members refusal to pay VAT or income tax, each person withholding £100 so HMRC has to take out 10,000 small court cases.
4. Similar for 3. that they do the same for student debts, mortgage payments etc. etc.

The idea is that society is not helping its members enough and greening up the planet quickly enough so we will take it upon ourselves to generally dive in with as many irritations as we can create right now because the nasty society we are in deserves every kicking we can come up with that will not unduly affect our supporters but will somehow force goverments to quickly adopt more green policies.

Imagine the sort of folks who sit on their Zoom meetings patting themselves on the back for planning this sort of thing !!!!  This will really garner huge amounts of extra support.
