Just had a look at my own private personal burn(the one that Fred has the top beat of lol) and it does look different, quite a lot of flood damage with gravel in places it didn't used to have it and new holes to explore too. The water is low and with little in the way of any rain or snow, I'm not expecting it to rise any, at least they won't be pumping it dry for the tatties for a bit. The Salmon rivers are looking bare too, so a bigger river will be required, visits to the Dee and Tay are being planned for the next month and will look at the troots in April.
