Old bridge gone

For some time the old A92 bridge over the Lunan water has been falling into the river causing quite a log jam and blockage to migrating fish, I went to Montrose and noticed the remnants of the bridge have been removed, will maybe have a walk down if I can manage to walk that far and have a look.

Seems the cooncil were trying to shift ownership and therefore cost onto the farmer, who quite rightly was having none of it, so then they tried to get the highways agency to foot the bill, no idea who actually paid for it, couldnae see who the workers were working for as I drove past.
