I have managed to slip on ice and break my leg, a long boring recuperation is on the cards. I have reached the stage where I can get back into my office, and start to tackle the mountain of paperwork that awaits. Only problem i can't find a way to get comfortable with my leg up at the same time. Anyone out there got any clues or tips, type of chair etc.
Been there, done that, ankle in 1999.
If you use a laptop/ tablet- or can arrange to do so- it might be an idea to start not with the chair but the work surface.

Bloody hell Tom that's bad news. Take care and get well soon.
Call in if your passing Fred, I'm not going anywhere.
Sort of been there with both the hips now having been replaced. You should be able to get some advice from your NHS physio department staff and they may also be able to lend you some stuff as well like the chair tables mentioned by Paul.
Not so good Tom all the best, take care
