Anti Virus Advice Please

The only tablet I`ve ever had up `til now was the stuff my Granny used to make, but now I`ve got a Samsung Tablet and can any of you give me advice on a free anti virus download for it and is it advisable to get a similar download for my new Android fone?

Sandy, did you get the firewall to work on you Galaxy pad? It needs root access as does anti theft
