HELP !

The quality on re opening on all the docs is perfect. It worked a treat at compressing three of them but unfortunately the biggest doc which was originally 28 MB has only compressed to 22.25MB  which is still to big for outlook, bt internet, talktalk , gmail and Hotmail.

3 down one to go !

Any ideas on how to compress it further ?

You could try splitting it into several smaller files

Does it contain photographs?

No, no photographs. There are a few logos in the headers. There isn't even a huge amount of text. I think the size is down to the 'interactive' properties.

Tried splitting the now compressed pdf which is 22.2 MB . I created 2 pdf's but each has retained the original size of 22MB 's.

It appears that the PDF files I want to send have an interactive format and this is making it awkward to do certain things with them ?
