Don't know what tube you have. The one I have got has 4   D rings attached to the underneath of the seat. Clip on ruck sack type straps make it very easy to carry even for a fair distance. I keep the seat deflated and stuff my food etc in the extra space.  A heavy duty bin bag is ideal to put everything in and store in the front of the tube when fishing.
