Since the "old" forum switched across to the current format on "Simplemachines", I seem to miss loads of posts and indeed whole threads.

How do you guys set up your PC do keep up to date with the latest posts?

Alex, you can either click  the very top link  "Show unread posts since last visit" or set up notifications in your profile

Okay, I think I have done the latter. Do you know... I have just noticed the "Notify" button
Maybe I did notice it before and forgot about it, who knows? Is there a "Really really Simplemachines" platform for duffers like me? :)

I can't figure out how to programme drum machines either by the way. :) That's a job for the winter months sorted

Thanks Jimjams. That's what I do too. :)

I suppose I simply don't religiously scroll through the new posts often enough when I've been away from my PC for a few days.
