If you never hear from me again its this huge lasagne I made last night! Cleared out a lot of veg , cheese and some mince I had in the fridge but only looked at the lasagne sheet packet afterwards when I chucked in the recycling bin -best before Nov 2004 ! Thing is I put a new kitchen in 2010 , must have got stuck at the back when restocking the cupboards.
