Our supplier has informed us that this item is no longer available.

I presume others have had similar messages?

Mike thanks for links, think if I order it I will get from Abebooks:- http://www.abebooks.co.uk/servlet/BookDetailsPL?bi=9234172872&searchurl=an%3Dbob%2Bwyatt%26bt.x%3D58%26bt.y%3D18%26sts%3Dt%26tn%3DWhat%2Btrout%2Bwant

I have a sneaking suspicion that Amazon were selling it at a loss and withdrew it from sale. I do not remember what price they were selling it for, it has been completely removed from my account.

Got it today, read the first half dozen chapters.
First impressions; a slightly tighter, more focussed version of Trout Hunting, with better production qualities. Almost like he had another go at writing the same book.
A lot more 'How-to' , he wastes no time in getting to the nub of his approach whilst demolishing, in a good natured and reasonable way, the assumptions of previous writers.
Business as usual then, and no bad thing, a fishing writer who actually has something tangible to say.

Wildfisher

I hadn't realised it was actually now available. Must go order a copy.

Darwin

It's available over here, got mine yesterday but have not have had time to read it.
