Hi folks,

Just finished reading the above book and very good it was too.

A wild swimmers journey through Britain, rivers, canals, out side pools etc, now i'm no fan of swimming but this is more a travel/nature book seen from the perspective of the water.

He even swims with the Salmon and with Trout in the Test and re-counts the tail of a fellow wild swimmer who was bitten by a 12lb Pike on the arm when in a river....yikes  :shock:that's enough to stop me for sure

His other book WildWood is a good read as well for the nature...eh, wood fan
