Title: 'Chili Demon'... "killer + killer = TERMINATOR"
Post by: Runarsson on November 04, 2009, 04:53:15 PM
Here's a pattern from Tony Spezio, which is a mix between two of
his other patterns - 'Chili Pepper' (http://www.swedneckflyfishing.com/chilipepper.htm) and 'White River Demon' (http://www.swedneckflyfishing.com/wr_demon.htm):

Tony Spezio is one of the ones who took me under their wings and he has given me a lot of help to progress. He has been tying flies since 1945 and is the originator of several well-known patterns, like the Chili Pepper, Stillborn Emerger, Tony's Froggie and the Knit-pickin' Mayfly and his flies are featured in several books. He is also the founder of the fly-tying show 'Sowbug Roundup' in Mountain Home, Arkansas, where you today for three days every year can watch 100+ featured fly-tiers from all over. 2007 he recieved the FFF Southern Council's 'Fly-Tier of The Year Award' and 2008 he recieved FFF's 'Don Harger Award'.
