Trying to order a 80cm x 80cm map of the Assynt area but I'm wary of cutting out parts I may need. Any suggestions on where I should centre the map so I get all the necessary bits within the custom maps sections of that link you posted?
you could try assynt fishing.
I did not check if they did "wall maps" but they certainly do laminated maps

You could also use the Explorer range & marry them up to give better detail.
