Self-catering/ cheap B&B Lochinver area

I'm thinking of heading up to the lochinver area (not strictly defined), with the missus, next week. She hasn't been to the highlands before (not from these shores) so I want her to have an enjoyable trip. However, we haven't much cash to play with...

Ideally I would like a small (wood) cabin type accomodation but we will only be there for 3 nights. Does anyone have any ideas?

Alternatively, a cheap B&B would be OK - has anyone stayed here before: http://www.the-rose-bb.com/ ? Or have any recommendations?
