What Rod?

Anybody have any recommendations on a decent rod in terms of rod size and weight and value for money. I have spent most of my fishing time after rainbows so my gear is all 7 weight. trying to do more wild fishing though on likes of lochindorb so what should i buy?

a seven weight rod is fine for fishing wet fly on lochs.

If you like a fast action rod, you could do a lot worse than a 9' in a #5 or #6. Try Ebay and you should get one for under 50 quid. A super casting tool and very responsive.
