I am looking for new scissors and surprised at the price of some of them. Got me thinking, has anyone used the likes of dental or medical scissors?
I Use hairdressers thinning scissors to trim pike flies . They ain't cheap !
Dental, medical and veterinary scissors can be very expensive!
Boots used to do very cheap scissors with a really good point on them.
Worth having a look. I think they were £1 each.

These come highly recommended on the Salmon Fishing Forum and I have used a pair for over a year now with no problems.

Not to do with scissors but I do notice that on eBay just now there is a new Anvil Atlas vice available with offers at about £75 or so.

I paid double that for mine! Thought I was being smart saving myself £20 buying from the US, got hit with a £30 import fee! Doh!
As good as the more expensive ones such as TMC etc....
