Title: Question For Paddlers
Post by: JIMCCS on September 13, 2014, 07:26:22 PM
Even although I`ve only had my `yak out a half a dozen times or so it`s got some deep scars underneath due to portage or rocky shorelines. What can I do to repair them and keep on top of them as I go?

Jim unless they are really deep ignore them , they tell a story and do no harm. Every paddler goes through this , you will eventually be proud of them :)

I'm assuming its plastic and not composite here. If they really bother you melt a lego brick of the same colour and fill. It works well .. honestly.

I daren't show you the canoe; it'd put you off boating.... :8)
