Lot?s of variety this month. Well done chaps. Especially liked Bob?s bit about guides and the new visitor (non-resident in that area) licenses being introduced on some Canadian waters, which seem designed to protect the interests of the guides at the expense of the independent angler. Not a huge charge - ?10 a day extra ? which does not sound a lot until you start to consider that is about twice the price of a day ticket on most wild waters here. Scary stuff??.perhaps a warning of what can happen if vested interests wield disproportionate influence? I wonder how Canadian anglers will react to that and if it will spread?
Must tie up a few of these claret pennels too. Never fished that but it has ?troots? stamped all over it.
