I have been after this Seton Gordon classic for years. This  is the book that inspired  the young boy Adam Watson  and set him off on a path that defined his life. I read it once years ago, the local library got it for me.

Today I found it on sale for under £40 in "good" condition. That's a third of the normal going rate.

That's my Christmas sorted then!
