What fly is this

I saw this fly hatching out on the river today. The picture isn't too clear as I could only get to within about 5 feet of it. Any idea what it is?

Thanks for that, when I saw it in the water I thought LDO, basically because of the size and time of year. When I looked it up in my book at home the huge orange eyes weren't present so I wondered whether it could be something else
