Title: American blanks
Post by: bushy palmer on October 12, 2010, 12:06:00 AM
Does any one here have much experience with American blanks?

I'm about to order some St Croix SC3 4pc 5wt blanks from the US which come highly recommended (by Americans).

me and Col built on rainshadow blanks last winter and we were both impressed.i have always found that import tax is near enough 30%.sometimes instead you pay vat but it comes with a handling charge which hikes it up to more or less the same.

$1.57/? today but check out Cabelas as well as Mudhole as I said they will send as a gift which doesnt seem to attract the customs, you will pay about $20 postage as well , good luck, :)  breac uaig
