While visiting Bruce and Anne Sandison in July 2005, Bruce kindly gave me a signed copy of this book.  

Both Anne and Bruce are keen walkers as well as ?fisher folk? and this book has been written on the back of countless years  ?stravaiging?   around Scotland.

The book describes walks covering all levels of difficulty, to suit people of all levels of fitness and ability. There is a handy map, numbered and referring to  routes in the book from Shetland to the Borders.

A grand bedtime read and well worth considering as a stocking filler this coming Christmas for anyone who is inclined towards  the great outdoors.
