Apologies for in delay responding. Firstly, let me say thanks for the thought, time and consideration you've offered in response to my question. Amazing!

I'm going to spend some time grazing the videos and will pick up some of the books recommended. I guess there's no substitute for experience, but hopefully after I've gone through some of the recommended content, I'll maybe opening next season with a bit more in the armoury.

From your comments around lack of definitive book/dvd - strikes me that you guys should think about collaborating on a multi-media instructional dvd - The River Fisher's Bible??  :lol:
