I regularly rant about poor service (and high charges) from internet suppliers to the Highlands.
Time to praise a good one.
The Model Dockyard, Cornwall.
£40 order placed at 10.52 yesterday, automated response. Human email at 11.53 stating it would be posted that afternoon. I was charged £5 P&P, it arrived in Invergarry today. The franking mark indicates postage of £6.89.
Not much for the fisherman, but the timber selection is excellent.
