I also make two out of three- do they have a decent microwave oven in the kitchen? If so I am three out o three. For $50K per annum I am very capable of drinking whisky and talking pish about fishing whilst microwaving cook-chill dinners.  Bring it on.

Am I the only one on here to have been to Saratoga WY?

It is idyllic with premium fishing. OK the weather can get a bit fierce in the winter but there is no close season. Rainbow, cuthroat, brook and even kokanee are available nearby. Cheyenne is 1 hour away and Denver 2hours.

If only I could cook

and had a US visa

:(
