First one I ever saw mounted was in an old Glasgow tackle shop in Wellington St Glasgow must have been as heavy as the Deeside one. That along with was at that time the record Loch Leven Brown Trout 9lb + Wonder what ever happened to them now the shop is gone.
Hanging up somewhere I bet
Tight Lines

there was no info on the captor of this one, and the history of the hotel (Raemoir) made no mention of it directly. apparently among previous owners were a couple of ladies who furnished it with fine arts & antiques, so maybe that's where it originates. maybe even from your tackle shop Alan?

unless anyone else can shed some light....?
