I've genuinely never worn out a line and mine get a hell of a lot of use! I do have a stupid amount of the dam things though so individual lines probably don't get too much of a beating...

Keeping them clean might be the secret, I keep mine clean and slick them up every now and again. Only line I've had that fell apart was used for tarmac casting  :lol:
