Does not exist, and if it did what would you keep it in?
Found the next best thing a Lidl this morning though- Baufix Brush Cleaner.
Tested it out on a few paint spills (enamel, acrylic, spirit and meths based) and this stuff is the canine's testicles.
Full of nasties, handle with care, ventilation and so on, but at £2.49 for a litre cracking stuff.

Seen it regularily but you always it may just be bollocks instead of the dogs ones.
