Having been off work with an ailment recently, I had a daunder up one of the waymarked walks near the hoose to see if I`ll be fit enough to go back to the grind on Monday. A slow walk up the brae, then stopped here on the way down for my piece and soup.....

.....a good satisfying walk and it looks like I`ll be back to work Monday.
