The campervan plague - new symptom

I notice our village car park, intended for locals and visitors, is slowing mutating into a campervan off-season  storage facility.

I wonder if this is what the planners and developers had in mind?

Anything left in a public area for more than seven days we used to stick an abandoned vehicle sticker on them. They were soon shifted

There are only two there this morning but they have not moved for a week. I really hope they get moved on before word gets out and it gets out of hand.
