Washed away. Anyone could steal the boats safely in low water conditions. How safe the thieves woyld be if caught stealing is a different matter.

Folks in Perth really pixxed off because, after millions spent on flood protection measures and plenty forewarning of very heavy rain and SEPA's flood forecasting office being in Perth, the council failed to close the open gates along the barrier walls. They claim that they did not have enough notice !

The people of Perth will be even more pissed off once the beavers finish destroying the flood defences.
Anyway, how could this flood possibly have happened given the Tay catchment is infested with flood mitigation beavers. I am confused. Was someone telling porkies?

Chris Packham, Gary Lineker  and Greta Thunderbird said beavers prevent floods so it must be true.   ::)
