If you?re tempted to buy one of these even at the 60% off some dealers are offering ? save your money.  Total shite.
I bought the seven and a half footer 3 to 4 weight.  It was O.K. with very short lines and wee troot but the first time I hooked a decent fish (maybe about a pound)  it went all floppy ? no control.
Then when I was in a situation where a longer cast was needed it simply couldn?t handle more than ten yards of a 4 weight D.T. line.  Today I tried it with a heavier line ? a 5 weight sink tip D.T. and thought the rod was going to fold up.
Useless!

Pearly Invicta

I had a Wychwood rod about 4 years ago- bought it as a back-up for a trip to Assynt when I broke my favourite rod the week before. ?100 from a tackle shop and it was the worst stick I've ever used, just couldn't get used to it. Flogged it for ?50 on ebay in the end. Maybe just my casting style of course...but then again, maybe not.
