Title: Felt off soles from waders AGAIN!
Post by: lochetive on April 30, 2009, 06:24:26 PM
I have a pair of Vision waders - less than 1 year old (goretex zipped with boots attached) and the damn felt is almost completely off one of the soles allready this always happens to every bloody pair of waders I get - I really would be very gratefull if some one could suggest how I reattach the felt - I usually use aquasure or something similar but it never lasts long and is hard to get pressure on the whole sole whilst drying.

HELP

Evostik fan- works for me. Stuff the boot, follow the instructions, bind with twine and leave overnight (minimum)

I take it you mean evostick " contact adhesive ".

If so don't get the solvent free stuff. It's pants.(http://www.emoticonzone.com/msn-emotions/misc/thumb-down.gif)
