I remember that vaguely. Better than the usual pro-SNP propaganda stuff Alan spends his life promoting I suppose. 

Ancient thread I know, but I'm off to the fishmongers later in the week. Guess what I'll be looking out for. They do indeed make great eating. I'd love to fish for them one day.

Not this auld yin, kinda lost my fishing mojo I really hope it comes back!  My health is not the best right now which is part to blame. 

I think fly forums may have a vintage tackle section so it might be worth a post there.

A really god restoration project there for the keen collector!
