As some will have read in the reports section I broke my rob last Wednesday. Took it into the Orvis shop in Kelso, was given a loan rod to use and my rod was sent of to Orvis customers services on Thursday. Today I received what appear to be a split new replacement rod.

Faultless service and the reason I bought the rod from Orvis in the first place.

Friend of mines Orvis wading boots were coming away at the soles, they were 2 years old, he sent them back and he received a new pair no questions asked by return post so they do seem to have excellent customer service, good to hear about companies like that!

Orvis are great. They replaced my battered Riverguard boots without question when the sole came off. I would not have expected that after two hard seasons and did not ask of it.  Ben Dixon at the Banchory shop could  not have been more helpful.
