The Never Ending Search

I bought a fishpond vest with the combined backpack and its the best vest I have ever had. I couldn't justify the cost of a new one but it is both well designed and well made. Will last me a lifetime. The lanyard is a good idea for a quick couple of hours but how do you deal with a full day out?

The lanyard just holds the cutters, gink etc. The other stuff is in the rucksack.
