A little more casting stuff with a single handed rod but this time from a left hand bank. Salmon and sea trout lie under the opposite bank under and downstream of the large tree. They also lie upstream of the bush. The rod is a G Loomis NRX 10ft long. The line is a Barrio SLX and the fly is a 1" long copper tube. The video is shot over about 20 minutes with a GoPro Hero 4 Black Edition and then the bits between the casts edited out to compress the whole clip down to 3 minutes only.

Lovely timing there. Puts out a fine line does any rod from Loomis!
I have a small 71/2' 4wt 4piece built by the Kudos Rod Co. (now retired), onto a blank from Loomis and I am always a bit surprised by how much poke it has when required. For years it was my summer's day float tubing rod. I must bring it back out the cupboard and give it another outing or two.  :D :D
