One of my rods today asked what this flower is and I said I didn't but I knew some men who did. So over to you!
Growing on the banks of Loch Fada in grass, so rubbish acid soil.

Looks like Gentianella campestris - field gentian. Not very common these days

My rods thought it might be a gentian but were unsure - I on the other hand didn't have a clue :lol:
