I'm pretty suspicious of 'new fangled' stuff but think this might be quite good, I've got a slotted foam one but I don't really like it. My dries are in a silicone one with the triangle cut out type thing which is a bit better.

Wheatley do a ripple foam insert but not like that one. That one you stick the hook into the underside of the foam. People come up with all sorts of things do they not.

To be honest I cant see by the Fox Box which will hold more flies than you will ever need for a days fishing and will fit neatly into your pocket if that's where you want to carry your box!  I have about a dozen lol
